The birth of Lord Krishna was celebrated with much religious fervor by staff and students alike. The Central Hall was adorned with several symbols of Krishna's colourful growing-up years in the village of Gokul. Students presented 'Krishna' bhajans and a colourful dance performance in which the entire school community participated with enthusiasm. The show culminated in a burst of energy as the girls enacted the naughty 'gwal baal' forming a pyramid and breaking the earthern pot full of curd and butter.
